There is Hope.
There is Peace.
You are NOT alone.
You DON’T have to figure it all out and do everything for everyone.
Relax. Let go.
In fact, let it all go…into the hands of Jesus.
Jesus is not just some random being who might do an okay job and maybe care about your life just a little.
NO.
Jesus cares passionately about you and your life. He loves you so much that HE DIED to rescue you, and only ever has MOUNTAINS of compassion, mercy, and love towards you!
He is so capable. And so faithful. Even when we’re not.
He actually WANTS to take ALL of our burdens and whatever is hanging on and bothering us. He really does.
Why?
Because the cares of this fallen and sin-filled world are much too heavy for us to carry and deal with alone.
“Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]” - 1 Peter 5:7 AMPC
His shoulders are much broader, much stronger, and He doesn’t drop anything. He holds it all perfectly in balance. And He SO wants to do this for you!

Why not trade the load you’ve been carrying for His? He’s promised that His load is easy and light.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. [Jer. 6:16.] For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good–not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.” - Matthew 11:28-30 AMPC
Because of Grace, we don’t need to make it all ourselves, make things right on our own, or somehow make it all work.
And that’s a huge relief, because we actually can’t make any of it work without Him.
“I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.” - John 15:5 AMPC
He loves you!
His yoke and burden are listening to His voice and then doing what He is saying or showing us to do.
That’s it. Simple.
Not always easy, but so much more freeing and light. And ALWAYS hope-filled.
The next time that panic attack threatens you or your thoughts swirl around, speak the Name of Jesus.
Everything must stop and bow to His authority.
Everything.
Even that tiny worry that’s been nagging you for months that you keep brushing aside as nothing.
All. Of. It.
“The authority of the name of Jesus causes every knee to bow in reverence! Everything and everyone will one day submit to this name—in the heavenly realm, in the earthly realm, and in the demonic realm.” - Philippians 2:10 TPT
The best thing about all of this are His intentions towards you and me!
“For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.” - Jeremiah 29:11 AMPC
Jesus can be trusted. With everything.
Including your life and the lives of those you love the most.
Throw that burden onto Jesus and let Him carry it for you. He can do in an instant what we could never accomplish over the course of hundreds of years.

And He WANTS to because HE LOVES YOU.
Yes, He does.
“Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail). [I Pet. 5:7.]” - Psalm 55:22 AMPC
You don’t have to try to make yourself into a better person for Him to like you and help you. His love for you is based on Himself, not in anything you’ve done or not done.
“While we were yet in weakness [powerless to help ourselves], at the fitting time Christ died for (in behalf of) the ungodly. Now it is an extraordinary thing for one to give his life even for an upright man, though perhaps for a noble and lovable and generous benefactor someone might even dare to die. But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us.” - Romans 5:6-8 AMPC
So, let Him in. Allow Him to take that load for you. Release your whole life, hopes, dreams, and fears, ALL OF IT, to Him, and watch Him bring it all to life in the best way.
There is Hope!
There is Peace!
There is Joy!
And you don’t have to dredge it up. It’s a gift from One who loves you.
You’ve got this, mama!
Xoxoxo
