Chicken & Cheesy Stuffing Bake


  • 4 – 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 – 6 slices cheese. (Swiss, Colby Jack, Provolone or for a kick, Pepper Jack)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 6oz package chicken flavored stuffing
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 375°

Spray a 9×13-in baking dish with cooking spray.

Slice the chicken breasts in half and arrange on the bottom of the pan.

Cover each piece of chicken with one slice of cheese.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the milk.

Pour this mixture over the chicken and the cheese.

Pour the stuffing packet over the entire mixture evenly.

Melt the butter and pour evenly over the stuffing.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
