Quick and Easy Crustless Quiche

The great thing about crustless quiche is that the possibilities are truly endless!

Anything you have in your fridge, from leftovers to veggies, lunch meat, and any cheese you may have, can all make an appearance and find their place in a good quiche.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Pie pan (glass or nonstick metal)

Optional toppings and add-ins

  • Shredded cheese, any type
  • Cooked breakfast sausage
  • Cooked and chopped bacon
  • Diced ham
  • Cooked chorizo
  • Green chilies
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Diced peppers

Optional seasonings

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Granulated garlic
  • Granulated onion
  • Paprika, etc.

Preheat oven to 350°

Crack eggs into medium size bowl. Add milk and whisk together well. Whisking longer will add extra air bubbles which will produce a fluffier quiche.

Pour eggs and milk into greased pie pan.

Season as desired with salt, pepper, etc.

Sprinkle your add-ins all over the egg and milk mixture in the pie pan, distributing evenly. Top with cheese and bake.

Baking times will vary due to the specific ingredients you choose, but quiche will need to bake at least 30 minutes, and sometimes as long as 45 minutes.

Slice, serve and enjoy!
