Bacon/Sausage Breakfast Casserole


  • 1 – 8 count container refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage or bacon (or both!!)
  • 6-8 eggs
  • Milk
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Other seasonings if desired
  • Shredded cheese

Grease a 9×13 pan.

Cut each biscuit into 4 and sprinkle evenly across the bottom of the pan.

Brown sausage/cook bacon and sprinkle evenly across cut up biscuits.

Mix eggs and milk, pepper, salt, etc.

Pour evenly over biscuits and sausage.

Sprinkle with favorite shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 F for 20-30 min.
