December

“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light; those who dwelt in the land of intense darkness and the shadow of death, upon them has the Light shined. [Isa. 42:6; Matt. 4:15, 16.]
For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace. [Isa. 25:1; 40:9-11; Matt. 28:18; Luke 2:11.]” - Isaiah‬ ‭9‬:‭2‬, ‭6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Mamas, ladies, NOW is the time of peace, prosperity, and salvation. NOW is the time of Grace that so many heroes in the Bible looked forward to, but died before it happened.

Now is Joy.

Now is Strength.

Now is an amazing time that was bought and paid for with the precious blood of Jesus.

He came as a babe. Unassuming. Normal. Gentle. Not flashy or proud. Filled with the Love that made Him, born to pour it all out on our behalf, to save us…even while we still misunderstood and mocked Him.

This is LOVE.

This is Jesus.

And He was born just for YOU.

We pray you are filled with the joy, peace, and love that the Christmas season brings.

Merry Christmas from all of us at The Motherhood Revolution!

November

“O taste and see that the Lord is good!”  - Psalm 34:8a

Remember that first sip of coffee?

That first bite of a perfectly cooked steak…

The smell of freshly baked bread.

Pine trees and cinnamon with Christmas music in the background…

All of these are examples of when the things around us taste and smell GOOD.

Did you know that you can do that with God?!

The scripture says “taste and see that the Lord is GOOD.” That absolutely means tasting, seeing, and using the five senses that He created us with, to interact with, experience, and receive the good things that He wants to give us!

Did you know that the first delicious sip of coffee is from Him? That first bite of steak.

All of it is from Him, to you!

It’s a love letter. And you are SURROUNDED by it on a daily basis.

“He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love [for love waved as a protecting and comforting banner over my head when I was near him].”
- Song of Solomon‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Jesus DESIRES to give you good things! He DELIGHTS in giving you things that bring joy, whether big or small.

He LOVES you!

And He is GOOD.

Rest in this truth and be on the lookout for His next gift of delicious love to you! I promise it’s right around the corner, if it hasn’t already arrived.

Blessings be upon you, mama! You are SO LOVED!!!

““For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.”- Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God doesn’t change.

The world may shake and shift and change, but God remains the same.

Relationships may come and go, but God always stays with you.

Tragedy may strike or a dream may come true, but the faithfulness of God never changes.

He is faithful.

He is trustworthy.

He IS Love.

And He loves you.

When the world around you gets crazy, stop and look up. Breathe. See Jesus and hear His truth. He is the Rock you can stand on that will never let you down. He is the shelter we can hide in when tough times happen. He is the living, loving, and faithful God who celebrates with you all the victories, big and small.

He is the One Who Knows You…and loves you very much.

You can trust in Him!!! In every area and for everything, He is MORE than able to keep, love, provide, protect, and care for you and your family. He truly CARES about what matters to you.

The leaves may change, but God does not. He stays the same and He loves you VERY much!!!

““God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” - Numbers‬ ‭23‬:‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]” - Romans‬ ‭11‬:‭29‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
“Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change.” - James (Jacob)‬ ‭1‬:‭17‬ ‭TPT‬‬

September

We have got to trust our Heavenly Father. He is faithful!

He doesn’t just act faithfully, it is WHO He is. He is faithfulness personified.

He is a good, good father who will never let down his children.

Jeremiah 1:12
MSG:"I'll make every word I give you come true."
TPT: "Now know this: I constantly watch over my word to fulfill it."
GNT: "The Lord said, "I am watching to see that my word comes true."

It can be hard to trust. This is true.

When people have let you down, and when life’s circumstances have been challenging, sometimes it feels as though you are in this all alone.

It can seem like no one hears you and no one sees you and no one will ever come through for you.

Sometimes you might feel as though you are the only one fighting, and you are the only person you can rely on.

But mama, I tell you this right now, GOD IS FAITHFUL!

Come to him!

Give Him your heart, invite Him to lead you.

When you give yourself to Him and follow what He says, you will not be disappointed. He will never let you down and He will never misguide you.

He has a good plan for your life, perfect provision, protection, freedom, healing, and discernment. When we lean on Him, we can know that He will never steer us wrong.

In this world there are so many uncertainties. Our precious Father is not one of them.  He is the same, yesterday, today, and forever. He keeps no record of our wrongs, and He has no favorites. What He did for others, He will do for you. Know this. Know Him.❤️

Malachi 3:6 AMPC "For I am the Lord, I do not change."
Acts 10:34 AMPC "And Peter opened his mouth and said: Most certainly and thoroughly I now perceive and understand that God shows no partiality and is no respecter of persons."

August

“For here is the way God loved the world—he gave his only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life. “God did not send his Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but to be its Savior and rescue it!” - John 3:16-17 TPT

You. Are. Loved.

Plain and simple.

We were each created in the image and likeness of Jesus (God), and since He is love (1 John 4:8), we were made to BE love also.

When sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s choices in the Garden, our lifeline to God was severed and we became IN NEED of love. As imperfect humans in an imperfect world, we tend to look for love in all the wrong places.

There is only One answer to our need…Jesus.

He loved us SO much that He CHOSE to come down and die for us, paying the immense price for our freedom and restoration…all while we were stuck in sin and cursing Him.

Wow. What GREAT love!!!

You can tell the worth of something by the price paid for it…

YOU are worth everything.

Jesus gave everything to get you back. He did not hold back His life, but poured it out for you and for me.

What great LOVE!!!

Mama, whatever is going on right now that maybe leaves you feeling lost and lonely, you need to know that the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords LOVES YOU with an unrelenting and fiery passion that cannot be put out.

“Hang my locket around your neck, wear my ring on your finger. Love is invincible facing danger and death. Passion laughs at the terrors of hell. The fire of love stops at nothing— it sweeps everything before it. Flood waters can’t drown love, torrents of rain can’t put it out. Love can’t be bought, love can’t be sold— it’s not to be found in the marketplace.” - Song of Songs 8:6-7 MSG

Sweet, valuable, and worthy one, you ARE loved!

“For when the time was right, the Anointed One came and died to demonstrate his love for sinners who were entirely helpless, weak, and powerless to save themselves.
Now, would anyone dare to die for the sake of a wicked person? We can all understand if someone was willing to die for a truly noble person.
But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!
And there is still much more to say of his unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in my sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God.” - Romans 5:6-9 TPT

July

“Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” – Ecclesiastes 3:11 NLT

Don’t worry, mama.

God’s got it all in hand.

We don’t need to spend another minute weighed down by what happened in a certain situation, or what should have happened, or what we wish would have happened.

Those burdens are God-sized and not for us to carry. Cast that care upon Him because He CARES for you!!! (1 Peter 5:7)

Jesus wants to set you free today from all of those past regrets, burdens, and baggage you’ve been carrying around.

The Good News?

Once Jesus sets you free, YOU’RE FREE. It’s permanent. Hallelujah!

Praise Him for His goodness, kindness, love, and mercy!

He loves you SO MUCH.

His timing is perfect, and His redemption and restoration full and complete.

He WILL make all things beautiful in their time. He promised. And He always keeps His promises.

You are so LOVED, mama!!!

“So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.” – John 8:36 NLT

“So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.” – Romans 8:28 TPT

June

“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” – ‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭39‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Peace, be still, mama.

Everything is going to be okay.

Sure, the world is getting darker and wilder and more crazy by the moment, but don’t let that steal your peace.

Your hope is not in this world, but in Jesus Christ, Who never fails and loves you forever.

Your provision and protection are not dependent on what world governments decide to do or not do, but they come directly from the One who cares about you, loves you, and owns literally everything in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE.

Your peace is not dependent upon who is in office, what is happening in the community, or whatever family or friends may be happy or unhappy with you.

Your peace comes from the Prince of Peace Himself, King Jesus.

He IS peace.

And the peace He gives you and me is something the world cannot give and is much more powerful than any storm that might come against us.

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” – John‬ ‭14‬:‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So, take heart, mother, all will be well and actually IS well right now, because of Jesus. He is your Rock, your Refuge, and your Strong Fortress.

He will never falter or fail you.

And He loves you SO MUCH.

Be filled with His peace and love today.

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” – ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

May

“And teach them to faithfully follow all that I have commanded you. And never forget that I am with you every day, even to the completion of this age.”” – Matthew 28:20 TPT

Mama, there are so many times we feel absolutely alone.

But we are not.

There are so many times when we fall or fail.

But with Jesus, we are a guaranteed success!

God has promised to never leave us or forsake us. He is with us through it all. Yes, everything.

That late night, holding your sick child’s head by a bucket as they vomited.

That early morning drive to school.

That *one* time when you lost it and had a MAJOR MOMENT.

When you sat down and read a book with your child and left the dishes for later.

When you had to make Christmas magical with next to no money.

When you were happily surprised by a friend or family member dropping by.

When you walked through the store to get “just one item” and your child had an extremely loud meltdown.

The list goes on.

The nugget in all of this is, no matter what, we are NEVER alone.

God knows this life is hard, and truly, without Him we can’t do anything (John 15:5), BUT WITH HIM, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26)!

He knows this. That’s why He has promised to be WITH US always, no matter what.

It’s His great love for us that spurs this on, and it’s fully dependent upon Him, never us. We could not do anything to deserve His love, and we cannot do anything to make it leave.

It’s here to stay!

He LOVES YOU, mama!

Jesus is WITH YOU, always. That’s why His name is Immanuel (God with us).

You’ve got this!

“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” – Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT

“…For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”” – Hebrews 13:5b-6 NLT

April

“Lord, you know everything there is to know about me.– Psalm 139:1 TPT

Mama, there is Someone who knows you.

There is Someone who has watched you from the moment you were placed in your mother’s womb.

He has been there since you took your first breath.

He has watched every heartbreak, every disappointment, every celebration.

There is Someone who understands you.

Someone who knows how you think, sees how you feel, and hears every thought.

In moments of frustration, He is there, knowing how to soothe you.

In times of confusion and questioning, He is right there with the wisdom and the truth that you need.

He knows you.

He knows you better than you even know yourself.

Mama, you are fully known.

Inside and out.

Your Heavenly Father created you and formed you, and loves you with an everlasting love.

We encourage you to lean into that love today.

Make it your goal to know the One who knows you.

“You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind.

You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence!

You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past.

With your hand of Love upon my life, you impart a blessing to me. This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength.” – Psalm 139:2-6 TPT

March

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” – Matthew 6:33

Busy, busy, busy!

Can you hear the voice of Professor Hinkle from the classic “Frosty The Snowman” movie?

“Busy, busy, busy!”

It’s a word that is synonymous with motherhood and it never stops! Schedules, events, errands, housework, parenting…the list continues on and on.

As mamas, we wear a multitude of hats and those hats require SO MUCH out of us. But here’s the beautiful thing…WE CAN DO IT!

We aren’t in this alone.

We aren’t facing our responsibilities and even our obligations alone.

In the good, the hard, the joyful, the BUSY, our sweet Jesus is THERE helping, guiding, and leading us the entire way.

He has strength for us, and not just any strength, but HIS strength.

He has wisdom for us, but not just any wisdom, HIS wisdom.

He has victory, peace, joy, and prosperity for every endeavor we put our hands to.

We encourage you today, SEEK Him. Take a moment, yes, even if a moment is all you have, and connect face to face with Him.

There, you will find fullness of joy.

Strategy for your daily life.

Refreshing for your soul.

Mama, let’s take His hand and approach the BUSY together.

“He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.” – Psalm 23:2-3

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and He will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

“Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:20

February

“The Lord appeared from of old to me [Israel], saying, Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you. [Deut. 7:8.]” – Jeremiah 31:3 AMPC

This month, God wants you to know, deep down in your heart and soul, just how loved and valuable you really are.

If you have heart wounds from not being loved or valued well, give them to Jesus and ask Him to heal your heart!

He will absolutely do it and He WANTS to do it. He will also fill your heart to overflowing with His perfect love that will never disappoint.

You are loved.

You are valued.

You are worth it all!

“He refreshes and restores my life (my self).” – Psalm 23:3a AMPC

January

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.” – Psalms 46:1 NLT

Happy New Year!

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season.

This year will be a good year no matter what, because God is good! He loves and cares for us far and beyond what we can imagine. He is always ready to help us and provide what we need in abundance, so don’t be afraid to ask for what you need.

“THE Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.” – Psalm 23:1 AMPC
