Mama, did you know that God has territory for you to govern and take hold of?
Our entire purpose down here on planet Earth is to know Jesus, get Him in our hearts, and then do all of the great exploits He planned for us to accomplish with His help.
I firmly believe one of the greatest exploits that God has for women is shaping the world and its future.
The biggest way that we do this is through having children, and teaching and training them according to His wisdom and instruction.
The more children you have, the greater the influence you carry…and the bigger affect you will have on the future of the world.
Simple.
Do you have huge dreams of affecting the world around you in some way, for good? Great!
God is the One who put those dreams and desires inside of you, and He is the One who can make it all happen. We simply need to surrender everything to Him, let Him be in charge, and do what He says or shows us to do.
I know this can be easier said than done, but it must be done. There really is no in-between.
““Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.” Matthew 12:30 NLT
The only way we are going to expand our territory, for the Kingdom of God, is through following Him wholeheartedly.
He has GOOD plans for us, right?! His faithfulness, kindness, compassion, and love can be trusted. He has ALWAYS had good intentions towards us and will forever have them. He cannot and will not contradict Himself.
Mother, the children that you have, and the raising, teaching, and training they require WILL expand your territory automatically.
God created it this way.
Our efforts to affect world change on our own are less effective than when they are multiplied many times over by more hands doing the work with us. That is part of the work and legacy of having children.
Our ceiling becomes their floor, right? How much farther will they be able to go because of our surrender and obedience to Jesus?
It’s time to be bold and not shrink back from the enemy and his loud harassing attacks. We do not need to fear him, ever.
“Children, you belong to God, and you have defeated these enemies. God's Spirit is in you and is more powerful than the one who is in the world.”
1 John 4:4 CEV
Dear mama, don’t be afraid to have children, whether biological, foster, or adopted, etc. God has great and amazing plans for you, and He also plans to multiply your effectiveness through your children.
““Enlarge the site of your tent [to make room for more children]; Stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, do not spare them; Lengthen your tent ropes And make your pegs (stakes) firm [in the ground]. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; And your descendants will take possession of nations And will inhabit deserted cities.” - Isaiah 54:2-3 AMP
Here are some of the things that God is calling us and our generations to do!
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me To bring good news to the humble and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted, To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives And freedom to prisoners,
To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God, To comfort all who mourn,
To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following: To give them a turban instead of dust [on their heads, a sign of mourning], The oil of joy instead of mourning, The garment [expressive] of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called the trees of righteousness [strong and magnificent, distinguished for integrity, justice, and right standing with God], The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, They will raise up and restore the former desolations; And they will renew the ruined cities, The desolations (deserted settlements) of many generations.” - Isaiah 61:1-4 AMP
