It’s okay.
Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
Picture yourself curled up in your favorite resting position, all safe and warm, without a care in the world.
This is how Jesus is holding you right now.
“And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.””
John 10:28-30 NKJV
Slow down.
Stop worrying.
Just focus on your breath and the beat of your heart for a few moments.
You are enough. You are the best mother for your children. You will not always be this tired.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You will be okay. And so will your children and your family and friends.
Give all of your worries and cares to Jesus…picture yourself handing them over and feel the tangible relief when He takes them on and receive His peace in their place.
“casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].”
1 Peter 5:7 AMP
It’s going to be okay.
Breathe, again.
Take every racing thought firmly in your hand and tell them to sit down and CHILL. Then hand them over to Jesus. Let Him deal with all of the stress and anxiety. He LOVES you!!!
And He can totally handle whatever it is you’re going through, no sweat.

You’re going to be okay.
There is more rest on the way for you! Jesus has immediate refreshing and strengthening for you right now. Ask Him for it and picture yourself receiving it with open hands.
If your life is currently running at a breakneck pace, take 30-60 seconds and do all of what was written above. It seriously won’t take that long and you’ll feel worlds better.
Jesus CARES about you.
About everything.
Every. Little. Thing. All of it.
He loves you so much and longs to be your everything and your source for all of your needs, wants, and fulfillment.
Breathe.
It’s getting better.
Today is still a good day, no matter what happens, because Jesus is with you no matter what. He’s promised He’ll never leave you, ever. You can trust Him!

He means and always follows through on what He says.
““I don’t think the way you think. Just as rain and snow descend from the skies and don’t go back until they’ve watered the earth, Doing their work of making things grow and blossom, producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry, So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. They’ll do the work I sent them to do, they’ll complete the assignment I gave them.”
